How to use:

1.  Apply base Coat;
2.  Apply Black/White/Clear base (gel polish or dip powder);
3.  Apply pigment powder using the applicator;
4.  Apply a thin layer of Supreme Shiner Top Coat and cure under the UV lamp for 90 seconds;
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 should you consider it's necessary. 

Tip for applying rhinestones:

• Make sure to seal the stones with Top Coat;
• You can apply them with a wax pencil or tweezers. You can "glue" them to the nails using Easy Peasy Builder Gel or Top Coat.
• Place the rhinestones before the final layer of topcoat. Make sure to also "seal" the edge of the stones with Top Coat.
